Our Story

CrossRoads is a church in process at this time, We recently sold our building at 2121 SW Harrison and are now meeting in the Shawnee Heights Elementary School. We are a church with a vision of where God wants us to be and we are waiting for Him to show us the way to get there.

It’s an exciting story; one that involves buying 30 acres of land at 41st & California, putting our building on the market and waiting to see God move – and He has!

The story is one of a group of people that want to change the way people look at church,

not that we don’t think tradition is important, but we want to be who Jesus needs us to be

to those who don’t go to church. We want to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those He

places in our path.

Our story continues as we have become a “portable” church, we have an office that we do

day to day operations out of; then on Sunday – we go to the school, unload the trailer and

celebrate with each other all the blessings God has given to us. We sing, we pray, and we

learn so that we can go out and accomplish God’s mission for His church – to go and

make disciples!

During the week we have small discipleship groups that meet and we grow together so

that we can be who He wants and needs us to be.

The story is over 100 years in the making, come join us as we continue to be a great

church that God has taken to new neighborhood.
